About the author, Brad Raby, to be blunt, i may be older than most at 87, but having long life has given me insights and wonder at life, thus the scope of what i like to write. I was a starving abused child of the late 30’s and 40’s, made it out alive but scarred with an enduring sense of purpose, why waste experience, share it. I was a farm kid when saved by poor farmers, a lumberjack, a farmer, soldier, teacher, fire captain, rescue paramedic, builder of homes, builder of boats which i sailed and airplanes which i flew. Now still young of mind, i write and tell stories.
